1.       Did you make any changes on the computer prior to the issue?
2.       Which browser are you using?
3.       Is it the complete error message?
4.       Which are the sites where you receive the error message to install flash player?
 
I would suggest you to reinstall Adobe flash player and check if the issue persists.

Boot in Safe Mode:

  • Open Run command as previously described
  • Type MSConfig
  • Click on Boot tab
  • Tick Safe boot in Boot option
  • Select Network
  • Click Apply and OK
  • Reboot your system

Your system will boot in Safe mode with Networking. You may now try and open Windows Store and should not see any errors.
