DRIVER IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL (igdkmd64.sys) Help please

Hi, after I updated my windows, i started noticing BSOD after playing League of Legends.
Sometimes it occurs after 5 mins sometimes 20 mins.
Regardless its happens every single time.
I know this is probably a common problem after the update but i searched
and searched for at least a month to try and solve the problem but I have not found the answer.
So now I decided to actually ask for help, which is what I should have done in the beginning.
Seeing from other questions and answers I assume you need my dump
