hi, i cannot open internet explorer, when ever i open the IE, it opens up the screen and close immediately.

Click start and type "internet explorer", one of the options will be to start IE with no add-ons.
Choose this option, see if it stays open now.
If it does, then you have a plug-in issue and can resolve in the Control Panel/Internet Options/Programs tab,
click manage add-ons.
Disable the ones loading with IE until it opens normally.
