My problem is:

This is the answer I got (below), which is pretty useless.  Why is the issue not forwarded to that support team with all the information that has been passed back and forth already?  I started out with the
Windows Live SkyDrive support team emailing back and forth  (case #  RE: SRX1125803643ID  ).  Then they disappeared, so I had to restart the issue in this forum  (Windows Live Solution Center SkyDrive forum), repeat most of the previous info, which should
have just been brought up from the case number.  Got passed to the escalation team who had only one brief item to check.  Then they disappeared until I had bugged them and this forum enough to finally get the response below.

Which is basically just go away.

So now I have to start all over there,  worse than poor customer support and service.
