computer freeze while watching a videos

I have a acer aspire 7736 64bit windows 7 laptop.
Every time i play music in itunes or watch a video my computer freeze and make a buzzing sound of what is playing..everything freezes then i have to hold the power button down to shut it off.
I been to some
of the forums and tried a few things others suggested like...device manager update drivers, diagnosis test which wasn't able to detect anything wrong.
I even did system recovery to bring my computer back to its factory settings, i bought a fix it software
to run that didn't do anything but clean registry.
Do anyone have any suggestions i would really appreciate any feedback I updated drivers and all.

Boot in Safe Mode:

Open Run command as previously described
Type MSConfig
Click on Boot tab
Tick Safe boot in Boot option
Select Network
Click Apply and OK
Reboot your system

Your system will boot in Safe mode with Networking. You may now try and open Windows Store and should not see any errors.
