it states that message when ever i boot.
if i click on recover mode it shows a bar loading.
it goes to about halfway before it stops.
it then shows the an unexpected i/0 error has occurred again.
i tried to enter safe mode but the same message keeps popping
up.
i tried all the boot options but to no avail.
I have a sony vaio laptop, about 3-4 months old.
Sony never sent me any discs with the laptop so i have no recovry disks.
any helps is appreciatve
