After running Chkdsk /f it reports that some free space has been allocated as in use and appears to fix it, now computer won't boot up.

I have been getting a "Windows Has Recovered from a Serious Error" every few months, otherwise everything works well.

I decided to copy the last Dump file and look at it.

I also decided to run Chkdsk /f.
 
It reports that some free space has been allocated as in use and appears to fix it, but then my computer will not boot completely into XP any longer.
I had to use my Ghost backup image to get back up and running.
Does the dump file give any clues as to what is going on.   How can I run Chkdsk to do a repair if it keeps trashing Windows.
