after updating java,I keep on receiving icons on my desktop telling me there is an hs_err_pid7540 and another hs_err_pid5572 I deleted java and downloaded it again...same thing happens
updating java caused me to receive on my desktop 2 icons :hs_err_pid7540 and hs_err_pid5572.
Those icons keep on returning after I delete them(I did that many times) stating the same thing.
I deleted java and downloaded it again but to no avail...the darn things come back!.
Any suggestions?

· From where have you downloaded the java?
Method 1:
Run the Microsoft safety scanner to make sure computer is free from virus infection.

You can also place the computer in clean boot and check if it helps:

If you failed to fix it, another option is to call Microsoft and walk through the process with a technician. To do this, dial "1-800-936-5700". Explain the error that you received and the steps in the update process during which it was displayed. The technician will be able to walk through the steps from getting a new product key to finishing the installation.
