BSOD Error - Win 7 - Stop Error/Bug Check Information Included

I have been wracking my brains for several days trying to figure this one out.
Some of this info might be useless, but I am posting it just in case.
For anybody that can help me, or is willing, thank you in advance.

Computer Information:
I just bought a lenevo w520.
for my wife and I for christmas.
Specs: 2820QM 2.3 GHZ i7 CPU, 8 GB Ram, 500 GB HDD, Nividia Quadro Graphics Card, ask for any more information.

It is an expensive computer, so I really prefer that it doesn't break, or that I don't have to spend even more money on it.
But I am sure you have all heard that before.
(:

What I have done:
I checked BlueScreen Viewer is mentions the ntkrnl.exe, but aside form the param data it says nothing on how to fix it.

I tried restoring to the day before the BSOD happened.
Nothing changed.
Ran Malwarebytes, it cought one thing and got rid of it.
Nothing changed.
I tried Updating Windows.
Nothing changed.

Weird Part:
This BSOD only occurs when the computer is being shutdown, restarted, logged off.
That is it so far.
I just don't want it to ruin anything!
