Brightness change when maximising windows on HDTV

Here's my problem:
I just bought a Samsung LCD TV 32C530 and connected my PC via DVI/HDMI cable, Everything works well but when a software's window whatever it is is not full-screen (restore down) the brightness is normal but when I maximise it to fullscreen the brightness
automatically drop by about 30%!!!
I tried on my PC monitor Benq via DVI too and I don't have such problem.
My PC is equiped with ATI 4850HD and Windows 7 64x.
I am pretty sure it's a problem related to either windows 7 or Ati CCC

The brightness is controlled by the TV, not Windows.
With that in mind, the TV will make the adjustments regardless of the video signal source.

Don't Download Malware
